Tarator (4 servings)

1 cucumber
A jar of yogurt 3.6%
Water
1-2 cloves garlic
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Fresh dill
Salt to taste
1. Garlic is beaten mechanically in a mortar with a teaspoonful of salt.
2. The cucumber is chopped as much as possible.
3. Yoghurt is well shaken and poured into a bowl along with garlic, cucumber, mix and then add one cup water (milk is diluted 1:1).
4. Mix well.
5. Cut fresh dill, add one tablespoon oil and again - mix well.
6. Allow to cool
- Preparation time: 10-15 minutes.
- Energy value: 95 calories per serving.
- For diabetics: ~ half XE (Bread Unit) per serving.
