Meatballs with white sauce (4 servings)

250 g minced meat (mixture)
300 g ground chicken or turkey meat
1 red onion, old
50 ml oil
2 tablespoons of flour
1 lemon
10 pepper grains
1 teaspoon of savory
Parsley
Salt
1. The chopped turkey or chicken (white meat may or legs) is mixed with minced meat.
2. The red onion is cut as finely as possible, sprinkle with salt and it is crushed by hand  as well as to let its juice. The onion is added to the meat.
3. Add chopped parsley, crushed pepper and savory.
4. Minced meat is kneaded well and it is shaped in the form of meatballs, and of that amount, you should make about 11-12 meatballs.
5. In a saucepan pour water so to cover the meatballs.
6. Allow the water to boil, salt lightly and with the water boiling place the meatballs one by one, which are well rolled in flour.

8. When the meatballs are cooked, you should prepare sauce of 2 tablespoons flour, which is fried with 50 ml oil, while the flour is golden. Remove pan from the heat and, using ladle add from the bouillon, in which the meatballs were being cooked, while stirring carefully.
9. Broth is added to the sauce so to become as thick as you would like.
10. Sauce is placed back with the meatballs.
11. Add the juice of half a lemon.
12. If necessary add salt.
13. Serve in shallow bowls, garnish with taking a slice of lemon, cut into strips a pickle or capers and dried tomatoes "cherry".
