Breaded mushrooms - oyster - 4 servings

-1 Kg oyster
-2 Eggs
-150 G flour
-2-3 Tablespoons beer
-Salt to taste
-100-150 Ml oil for frying
1. Oyster are washed thoroughly and blanched for 1-2 minutes in boiling salted water.
2. Remove and leave to cool and drain well.
3. Beat the eggs in a bawl well with a fork, add the flour and beating continues until you see a thick porridge.
4. Add beer, which makes breading very smooth. Add salt.
5. Each mushroom is immersed in the breading so as to cover all sides and fry in heated oil - to redness.
6. After removing from the pan the mushrooms are placed on household paper.
