Boiled beef (4 servings)

400 g beef ribs
100 g peas
100 g broccoli
1 large potato
1 carrot
1 head old onion
Lovage
Ginger
Salt to taste
1. The veal meat is washed well, place in cold water and leave on simmer to boil.
