Bean Soup (8 servings)

300 g beans
1 red onion, old
Half a green pepper
Half a carrot
Mint, Davis, celery and optional costmary
1. The well washed beans is poured with cold water so as to cover 0.8 inches and allow to boil.
2. After 5-10 minutes, the boiled water is poured, beans are again washed well with cold water, then pour water in an amount twice the beans and let it boil again.
3. When boiling add the finely chopped onion, carrot and pepper. Optionally you can add 1-2 cloves of garlic.
4. When beans are almost cooked add salt to taste.
5. Before removing from the heat, add chopped fresh or dried mind and celery.
