Veal Schnitzel - to 8 pieces.

-1/2kilogram Beef (sirloin, tenderloin bon, shoulder)
-2 Eggs
-50 G flour
-160 G breadcrumbs (one packet)
-Oil for frying - 100 ml
1. Veal meat is cut into pieces with a thickness of no more than 1 centimetre perpendicular to the direction of muscle fibers.
2. Slices are lightly salted and smashed very well with metal or wooden mallet on both sides.

4. Fry on both sides in heated oil or olive oil.
